Send it once,
use it forever

Upload your logo, colours, fonts and brand guidelines. We'll check the artwork is print-ready, flag anything that won't reproduce well, and keep it all on file for every order you place with us.

Why we ask

  • Checked while you upload

We measure your logo and tell you instantly if it's suitable for print, rather than holding your order up at the processing stage.

  • Kept on file

Send it once. Every future order uses the same approved artwork, so there's no chasing.

  • Don't have a vector file?

We can often redraw it in the correct format so it prints cleanly at any size. A chargeable service, please ask for a quotation.

What makes a good logo file

  • Vector is best, .ai, .eps or .pdf. It scales to any size with no loss, from a pen clip to a wrap-around print.
  • If you only have an image, bigger is better. A typical print area is around 100mm wide, which needs roughly 1,182px. Larger items can go up to 280mm and beyond.
  • Avoid logos pulled from a website or lifted from a document, they're usually far too small to print.

Need some advice on artwork, or unsure about your logos? Email over whatever files you have and we can help get your logo to a standard that gives a sharp, print-ready result. Or call 028 9623 6800.
