All quotations are valid for 7 working days except for usb flashdrives which are valid for 2 working days.

We will offer up to 3 amendments to artwork visuals, anything after that may be chargeable at an agreed rate.

Prior to production, artwork visuals/proofs will be provided to the customer for inspection and approval. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review all artwork, including but not limited to spelling, wording, colours, sizing, positioning, logos, images and any other details, before providing approval.

By signing or otherwise confirming approval of the artwork for production, the customer confirms that they have reviewed the artwork and are satisfied that it is correct and ready for production. Once artwork has been approved by the customer and production has commenced, the customer accepts full responsibility for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies contained within the approved artwork.

We cannot accept responsibility for errors or changes requested after artwork has been approved for production. Once an item has entered production, no amendments, alterations or cancellations can be made. Any costs arising from errors or amendments identified after approval or once production has commenced will be the responsibility of the customer.

It is therefore important that customers carefully inspect and confirm their artwork before giving final approval.

All products supplied by LM:PM are customised according to the specifications supplied by the client. Due to this customisation, no returns or cancellations will be accepted and no refunds will be offered once the order has been confirmed and production has started. By confirming the order, the client accepts this condition and waives the right to a refund. In the event of manufacturing defects or discrepancies with the agreed specifications, a reprint of the order may be offered if valid to rectify the issue.

Lead times quoted are based on stock levels and production slots at time of quote. For an accurate delivery date please check again at order stage. Lead times are approximate and are pending no courier delays. Lead time are also based on working days only which does not include weekends or public holidays. LM:PM have no control over courier deliveries or customs checks. No liability will be assumed and no claims will be accepted for losses resulting from delays in delivery dates.

Orders must be inspected upon delivery and should inform LM:PM with 2 days if there are any discrepancies.

Payment is strictly Proforma unless otherwise agreed.

When placing an order with LM:PM the customer accepts sole responsibility for copyright and the reproduction of images.

It is deemed you are the owner / have permission to reproduce artwork files.
